Tuesday Nickels is not only the best realtor in the business, she is one of the best human beings you will EVER meet. My sister recently passed with me having to take over her home through the ugly process of probate. Tuesday was there from the beginning and had a thorough understanding of the extensive and often aggravating process of probate. She helped me through it every step of the way through the probate process. Once the house became eligible to be listed, she sold it within weeks.

I would like to note that because I did not live near the home, it was very hard for me to be present for all the contractors and deliveries there as the house needed extensive work. Tuesday went WELL BEYOND the call of duty and was constantly helping out by being at the property to meet and deal with the contractors. She often coordinated and made all arrangements for these appointments. I am forever indebted to her.
